Artiffex, the only automated platform for reconciling investments, announced it has successfully completed the Service and Organization Control (SOC) Type 1 audit, the industry’s highest standard for security, privacy and confidentiality, effective December 31, 2021. Together with its parent company  Ndex Systems Inc., Artiffex voluntarily undertook the SOC 2 audit with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, as established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

The certification provides assurance that Artiffex’s service commitments and system requirements are achieved based on the strictest criteria relevant to security, confidentiality, and privacy. “We undertook this voluntary step as part of our ongoing commitment to deliver secure, timely, and reliable service for our clients,” says Artiffex Founder and CEO Guy Vadish. “Our investment accounting reconciliation platform which provides firms with the flexibility to benefit from SaaS or outsourcing services offers unique value to accounting firms and family offices of all sizes; as such we have a responsibility to maintain the most stringent industry standards.”
