As we begin the year ahead, it is worth pausing to take stock of where ARTIFFEX stands.
In September, we entered our tenth year in business. This milestone reflects the collective work of the ARTIFFEX and NDEX teams over many years, and the trust placed in us by firms that worked with us well before scale was in sight. Their feedback, patience, and commitment shaped how we built the business and continue to influence how we operate today.
Over the past year, ARTIFFEX added new firms and expanded usage across its existing client base. Growth accelerated, reflecting confidence in both the platform and the operating discipline behind it. As we do each year, we reviewed and strengthened internal processes to ensure the business scales with control.
To support this momentum, we expanded senior commercial leadership and refined how firms engage with us. Clearer positioning, tighter evaluation cycles, and reduced friction in the buying process have changed how conversations begin and how efficiently firms can assess fit.

This progress has been driven in parallel across our Managed Services and SaaS offerings. Scaling the team has enabled ARTIFFEX to support larger and more complex client environments while maintaining consistency and oversight.
We were pleased to welcome new firms this year, including PSB Boisjoli, now part of RCGT. Their decision to work with ARTIFFEX reflects growing confidence from established firms operating within increasingly structured and demanding environments.

Staying close to the market remains central to how we build. Participation in industry events such as Accountex, Baker Tilly sessions, and QuickBooks Connect continues to influence how we prioritize development and refine workflows. In parallel, the ARTIFFEX Working Group, now in its fifth year, remains a critical source of grounded input. It helps guide what we build next and what we deliberately hold back.
On the technology front, much of the year was spent strengthening the platform beneath the surface. While the system looks familiar, it now operates more smoothly under heavier workloads and provides a stronger base for continued expansion. Practical use of AI has been focused on accuracy, reliability, and reducing friction rather than novelty.
Ten years in, the priorities remain clear. Build sound technology. Support clients with consistency. Invest in the people and systems that make long term scale possible.
The focus now is disciplined execution.
